It was on the fourth enbloc attempt at City Towers and was finally successfully bought over by Cheung Kong Holdings for $401.9 million. The deal was completed on August 2019. With the price tag, it works out to be $1633 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr) which is very reasonable and in line with the prices along Bukit Timah.
